Ping , in cs 1.6 , fixing needed for evolution, xterminator and others as well

Xterminator, a well known player in the servers has been asking a lot on how to fix his ping, by fix he means lower, which usually doesnt help if you live a distance
but me and xterminator both live in toronto, so we should have a really similar ping
any ideas anyone
(i am aware no 1 exists here, but as people join)
